Terms and Conditions
A minimum order requires 100 (One hundred) pieces, style can be mixed.
You could choose one or more about the colors of gold , EX white gold , pink gold.
1 Style / 20 pcs. 10-20 days to do the wax model & silver model.
Timeline to do the model exclude the public holidays and nation holidays.
Lead time:
Bracelets and necklaces: 100 pieces, 20-30 days.
Rings: 150 pieces, 20-30 days.
*45 days for 500 pieces and more.
Pricing: Please email us for the current price list and a quotation. Pricing is F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand.The customer will be responsible for shipping costs, customs, duties and taxes at the destination country.
Payment: 50% deposit required at time of order. The remaining balance must be received before shipment.
Returns and Claims:
Please let us know of any damage or defect within 7 days of receipt.
If damage is caused by shipper, recipient will be responsible for making damage claims directly
with shipper.
Before returning any item, please contact us first for written approval. Items returned without written
approval will not be accepted.
All sales are final - credit or exchange will be for defect only.
Natural stones have inherent variation in color and pattern. By ordering, this is understood and accepted by the
customer and is not to be considered a defect.

Q. Can I give you stone for change/add into my jewelry?
A. Yes! We can produce according to your request. Kindly suggest us other details of gems, stones, or other materials.

A. According to scientific, oxidize is chemical interaction of Atom and Electron. This interaction will effect, ruin, and change color of metal. This will lead color of metal a bit pale from your first day of purchasing.
